@Harry Patel No.. we are stuck with this. Seems Genesys requires some unencrypted key which is not allowed in organization. So its a road blocker at this time.

Were you able to get this fixed? I am interested to know what is the fix for this since I am running into the same issue with enabling Unified Experience.
