    I am getting error 404 FORBIDDEN "You don't have permission to access this page " while accessing URL learn.genesys.com/unauthorized. Can you guide what steps I am missing here.

    Hi Mukesh,

    Try using https://genesys.seismic.com/app#/learning.

    In the past, I guess then had changed.
