  • 1.  911 Routing

    Last year we did 911 testing to make sure the e911 feature was working had each branch call out and get routed to the local dispatch.

    This year we did our testing and none of the branches work, was a change made that did this?

    We have followed all the guides on e911 and i have confirmed with support that it is setup correctly.


    Does anyone else have this issue?

    Everything I see in the background for PureCloud Voice seems to indicate it is working fine in testing.

    Do the addresses on your Locations still shows as properly Verified?

    Also, I am wondering if you did something with Divisions since the testing last year? I don't know if it would be related, but it might be an avenue to explore with Care on your case.

    Yes our locations still show up as verified and looks like it should be working.

    We never really made any changes when Divisions came around.

    Hi David,

    You can try to simulate a call and check if the number is normalized or if there is an issue with your dial plan.

    Maybe you can fix this moving emergency number plan to the top.
