  • 1.  Ability to record and playback

    Hi

    I have a scenario where a caller calls in -> chooses option to record his/her message -> this message is stored as wav file and can be played back to caller if s/he chooses to do so. How do i achieve this in architect? Can somebody guide thru the steps if it is possible?

    If this is being passed off to an agent, you can use ACD VoicemailWork with ACD voicemail interactions - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com).  Genesys is not good with file manipulation, so you can't really go down the file-based route.  :

    @Robert Wakefield-Carl Thank you for the response. Also is there an API from where I can access these voicemail files. The plan is to pick up this file and play back in another IVR.
