I have developed a client application in Genesys PureCloud. Using the purecloud-platform-client-v2.min.js in this web application, I want to perform the following tasks.
- I want to find the id of the clicked interaction and the id of the previously clicked interaction. I subscribe to the Notifications API with "v2.users.${userId}.conversations." I have three interactions, but my if block is being entered twice each time. Therefore, I cannot find the ids of the clicked and previously clicked conversations. When examining the data for two conversations, there is no property indicating which one is selected. Is there a method in JavaScript to achieve this?

- Is it possible to create a Custom CTI button in PureCloud similar to the one in Interaction Connect?
- When both the Interactions menu on the PureCloud page and the Client Apps created under APPS are used simultaneously, the page is divided in half. Without clicking the "Hide Interactions" button, I cannot use the Client App on the larger screen. Is it possible to keep the Interactions area in a smaller space and make the Client App area larger?
- Like the tabs in the Workspace under the Performance tab, can I position Client Apps in the desired area?
- Is it possible to write custom JavaScript for PureCloud?
- Are inbound SMS messages from the same user managed as a single interaction in the cloud? If it progresses as a single interaction, is it possible to convert each SMS into a separate interaction?
- In the Performance > Workspace > Interactions tab, the filtering process includes Interactions, Evaluations, Surveys, Outbound, Journey, and Flows. Can I set these fields in a way that cannot be changed on a user-specific basis? For example, I want to enable users to select a specific filter and prevent them from changing it.
- Can I send real-time notifications from the backend of a .NET application to the PureCloud environment for an agent? Is there an API endpoint for this?
