    Hello everyone

    Regarding the function of IVR when the Edge can not connect to the cloud,
    what exactly are the IVR functions that can not be used when the Edge can not connect to the cloud?

    There are some answers here:

    Several things come to mind regarding what will not work, but this is only a partial list:
    - Any prompts or languages that have not been used recently (last half hour or so) will not be cached on the edge, and will not work
    - Anything that requires communication with the cloud will not work, such as:
      - Data Actions
      - Data Table lookups
      - Bridge actions
      - Lex Bot actions
      - Probably any of the Find actions
     

    Not sure what else
