Hello Adorjan,
I'm not sure about the exact symptoms that may occur due to the current fluctuation in stability for that AWS region. If you are utilizing me-central-1 as the media region on any sites/trunks, I would recommend that this be changed to a different region to work around the current issue.

This is caused by the AWS outage in the MEC1 region.
This message can safely be ignored unless either of the following items are true:
The customer org is located in me-central-1
The customer is utilizing me-central-1 as a media region on any of their trunks or sites
