Team, I am trying to get some insight into how Avg Talk and Silence is being calculated?
In the attached screenshots, you'll see 2 different scenarios.
1) A single interaction has a significantly higher avg talk/silence than the avg talk and avg silence columns; how is this possible?
2) How can we have average talk and average silence (separately) less than 2 minutes, but our average talk/silence single column is over an hour?
