    Will the Action Map config for Web Messenger have an option to fire after a timed delay the way that boring old chat action maps can trigger?

    So, I submitted an idea to Genesys. If you can vote for this feature could be interesting.

    Also, I did a workaround, but you need some development for that.

    1. A JavaScript timer (On the website side)
    2. When reaches the condition, trigger the Genesys("command", "Journey.record") registering my delay event. (On the website side)
    3. Create an action map that will triggered by Agent Activity with the name of the event registered. (On the Genesys side)
