@Thomas Prendergast - We're using the Genesys PS provided connector within MSFT Dynamics and have had screen recording issues for weeks. I provided GTS the Google documentation on the LNA access requirements for the embeddable framework and they indicated that they had coded the fix. However, testing of that fix was unsuccessful.
We have no custom solution and are using the OOB embeddable framework / connector w/ MSFT CSW. Is there anything on our side (short of the registry changes for the browser) that WE need to do? Nothing we've done and nothing Genesys has done seems to work.
