    Hi,

    I want to create an outbound campaign where we want to take a specific action based on the flag of the corresponding contact list.

    For example in the contact list we have records with a column Music = Y or Music = N, we should be able to play a announcement for the records Music = Y and for Music = N, the call will be transferred to an agent.

    You are going to create a campaign that has the response sent to an Outbound Flow.  That will be able to read the flag in the contact list and from there you can route to the different greetings and then transfer to your ACD.
