  • 1.  Activate Queues

    If the Activate Queue's screen is already pulled up on the left-hand side, but you have the interactions open across the full page you can't click on Activate Queues again under the agent status area, you have to minimize or exit the interactions page to see it. Can this be updated so that activate queues will pull up that screen regardless if it's in the background? Most of the time when I have the interaction page across the whole screen I forget what is on the backside.
