  • 1.  Activate Queues box is hidden away if we use Norwegian Language

    Last week a bunch of our agents, how use Norwegian Language in PureCloud, experienced a bug. This only happens if we select Norwegian as language. The Activate Queues tab is behind two other tabs. We can reach it, but it takes a few tries and a steady hand.

     

     

    Can this be fixed somehow?

    It would be best to submit a bug report through Support to get this fixed.

    Is that the Desktop Client or in a browser? If a browser, which one (IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari)?
