  • 1.  Activation new tenant

    Hi,

    I activated a new tenant this morning. It's really strange, I can't change the presence statuses. Usually I don't have to do anything.

    Is there a change in the default configuration? Do we need to add a role or permissions?

    Hello Romuald,

    You should only need the Presence > Presence Definition permissions to adjust that field.
