  • 1.  Activity Overview Tab Edit/Rearrange data

    Hello!

    Our org is not using creating/assigning modules.  We would like to clean up the Agent Activity Overview tab.  I see we can rearrange the sections.  Is it possible to hide section(s) not in use or remove that section via permissions?

    Currently, no, but that is on the roadmap and there are ideas about this on the Ideas site:  Allow agents to turn off portions of | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)

    Vote and comment on that idea.
