    Hello,

    I would like to ask where agent can see the description of the activity. I have configured Activity plan as below:
    But in the agent schedule it will show only the activity code, even if hoovering the mouse over the meeting it's not show more information. Same thing is in the exeptions page:

    Am I missing something? In resource center have written "This description is displayed as a note on the scheduled activity.".

    Hi Tero, 
    for the initial release we were only able to have the description in the General tab serve as an "Admin note"
    I have created an idea to help capture feedback in the ideas lab:

    please take a moment to add your vote and any comments that will help us prioritise the enhancement. 

    I'll work with our documentation team to update the documents to reflect current usage.

    Thank you for your answer. I don't find this idea in Genesys ideas lab and your link gives an error "record not found".
