  • 1.  Add + Prefix to the outbound call

    I want to route a call through a BYOC trunk when an agent dials 9 followed by <country code> and a 10-digit phone number. Using normalization, I remove the leading 9 and prefix the number with '+'. However, the service provider reports that they are not receiving the '+' in the digits. Could you suggest a solution to ensure the '+' is correctly transmitted?

    I am attaching the screen shot of the Dial plan configuration in site.

    I was able to figure out that in the Called Section configuration of the trunk, i have the option to disable + removal. Thank you.
