    Is there a way to disable the addition of the following extra columns that are added on a csv export?

    Full Export Completed

    Partial Result Timestamp

    Filters

    Participant Attributes

    Patricipant Attributes Formatted

    We need a clean .csv export for some automated reporting. We only want the columns that we select in Workspaces. Why does Genesys add columns that we did not select, and is there a way to disable this?

    These were added to allow customers to know if they were getting the full export or not.  In the past, CSV would not include certain data or would have missing sections of large exports.  I would think most any program can ignore fields on import through field mapping.  You should just try to use the Static Download Link or the API to get the data you need.
