    Hi, I'm trying to add Poly CCX 500 phones to a Genesys Cloud solution.

    According to the Genesys Cloud guidelines it should be fairly easy to do, but I can make it work :'(

    The customer is connected to GC using Cloud Edge server, I have created base settings based on the Poly CCX 500 model and have tried to use both Polycom Zero Touch Provision and Provision Individual Phones - both without any luck. 

    When rebooting the phone it comes up with provision error. 

    Has any one succeed adding Poly CCX 500 phone to GC ?

    As far as I can tell, you are absolutely correct.  Perhaps @Tracy Vickerscould you look into this?

    Most likely, there are some settings in the phone that can't be overwritten.  I would suggest you factory default the phone (local, network, web) by following these instructions

    1. Click on the Home button
    2. Scroll to the Settings (gear icon) and click on it
    3. Go to Advanced
    4. Enter the admin password (456 by default)
    5. Go to Administration Settings
    6. Go to Reset to Defaults
    7. Go to Reset To Factory
    8. Say Yes when it asks Are you sure?

    I've got a CCX600 here working.  I'll have a look through and see if I can remember any of the issues I had getting it going.  I do recall after factory reset I had to then go into the browser admin page for it to change the profile type or something.
