    Hi,

    Can I adding users in PureCloud only from Active Directory = Can I prevent the possibility to add users manually?

    Hello,

    It is possible to have users in a PureCloud org from AD as well as having users who are manually created in the PureCloud admin console.  The AD connector will manage AD users and ignore users created in PureCloud manually.  The only exception to this is when a user is created by AD connector who was already created manually and has the same email address.  This would cause AD to take over ownership of the user.  However, this is rare and not really a problem as the user is still active in PureCloud.  Hope that helps.
