Hi,
Genesys performance workspaces offer a convenient way of scheduling reporting. However reporting around historical adherence seems really poor comparatively.
I can't schedule a report, and reports are only available by team or management unit.
I need a way to schedule historical adherence reports for the entire contact centre daily.
I could use the API but this is far from trivial due to the nature of the bulk workforce management APIs. Even the APIs require querying by team or management unit.
Am I missing something?
