    Hi,

    Genesys performance workspaces offer a convenient way of scheduling reporting. However reporting around historical adherence seems really poor comparatively. 

    I can't schedule a report, and reports are only available by team or management unit.

    I need a way to schedule historical adherence reports for the entire contact centre daily. 

    I could use the API but this is far from trivial due to the nature of the bulk workforce management APIs. Even the APIs require querying by team or management unit. 

    Am I missing something?

    What are you looking to see in the report - the data that is on the historical adherence page, exceptions, etc?  Provide an example of what you would like to see and perhaps there is another way to get there.
