In the coming months, the Messenger Configuration and Deployment Admin UI will be going through a significant UI overhaul, providing administrators with much more control, flexibility, and guidance as they create and update their Messenger.

Admins will begin their Messenger Configuration by first selecting which Channels they want to enable, including capabilities such as Messaging, Journey Tracking, Co-browse and much more. This redesigned experience will lead admins through the process as they make their selections, ensuring they only need to consider fields related to the capabilities they wish to include.
All changes related to this UI update will be applied at the same time. There is no action required, these changes will be applied automatically once released. Please ensure your GC organization's administrators are aware of these upcoming changes.
We are currently targeting late October for these updates to release, though this timing is subject to change. Please be sure to "follow" this post for any new updates. The Resource Center Announcement will remain up to date as well.

Edited on Dec 5, 2024: We are nearing the end of our development and testing for this Admin UI update. We do not have a release date finalized yet, but we are expecting a release between January and February 2025. Please stay tuned for more updates.
