    Hello,
    on my Genesys interface I do not see all the elements of the call center section. Is there a manipulation to do to display or I need to contact the support Genesys

    You will need to go to the Resource Center, find the sections that you want to see, then ensure that your user is assigned the permissions listed in the Resource Center.

    In your case, you probably need the Master Admin role assigned.
