  • 1.  Admin/PBX Type User Forced Greeting

    Looking for an option to have admin/PBX type users who are being recorded on inbound calls force a greeting they can record to state that the call may be monitored for quality assurance purposes.  Pretty straight forward for users to record their own voicemail greetings, but this would be something we want to play prior to routing/alerting to the user to be able to pick up the call.  These calls are direct to user on assigned DIDs and do not flow through a queue or architect flow today.  Thanks!

    I was able to get something setup but it's a bit quirky using Name prompt since Genesys forced content in female voice says 
    "Please stay on the line while you are connected to...<Name Prompt>" and i add in my name and call recorded language.   Any way to edit/cut off the "Please stay on the line while you are connected to..." part?
