    We are pulling Fax out with the help of Genesys cloud API. 

    We enabled HIPPA and after that Genesys is not returning Tokens.

    Please let me know If someone faced similar issue.

    HIPAA restricts a lot of attachment functions in Genesys Cloud.  This could be one of them.  I discussed this with @Christopher Bosken about HIPAA a couple of weeks ago.  Chris, could this be blocked in the API?
