After login users are asked for Collaborate/Communicate or Architect

    Hi,

    we have a role that has all Architect permissions disabled, however when a user with this role logins into Genesys Cloud they are presented with two options "Collaborate/Communicate" and "Architect".
    Of course when they click "Architect" Genesys Cloud tell them that tehy don't have the correct permission, however the customer wanted to know if there is a way to show "Collaborate / Communicate" only on the first page and don't show "Architect"

    I always suggest using https://apps.mypurecloud.com or whatever your region is so it goes directly to the user interface.  If they are not logged in, it will ask them for login first.
