Hello,

As per this week's release the new agent activity widget should be available in dashboard view. We have checked in all our orgs but not seeing any new widget other than the existing "agent status" .

Is this common for everyone or there is delay in this feature? I am seeing the idea is marked "delivered" and no mention of delay in release notes.

Hello Darshan,

The following permissions are required for the agent activity widget:

• Analytics > Agent State > All Permissions (to assign all agent state permissions, including any future permissions)
• Analytics > Agent State > View (to query agent state)
• Analytics > Agent State Names > All Permissions (to assign all agent state names permissions, including any future permissions)
• Analytics > Agent State Names > View (to show names and user IDs in agent state query results)
