Genesys Cloud - Main

We are researching if there is a Genesys Feature that will allow to roll out Weekly quizzes to our agents about various topics. The intent is to test their skills and knowledge in addition to play a key part during the first 30-60-90 days as agents go into production upon completion of the New Hire Training. If something like this is already available and you can point me to right direction where I can find resources and documentation about it, it will be a tremendous help-Thanks!

This sounds a lot like Voice of the Employee functionality found in Qualtrics.  They have a full solution for new and seasoned employees to assess their performance and mental health and help organizations guide their employee development plans.  Genesys AppFoundry - Qualtrics (mypurecloud.com)

Could you do something like this in Genesys, yes, but it would entail things like campaigns and surveys and the like.

You are describing the Development and Feedback module, which can be set up to do what you want and includes built-in reporting so you can see who completed each assigned module and even click a link to set up a Coaching session from that Workspace view.
