Genesys Cloud - Main

On the Deprecation notes for Agent Assistance it states "The Agent Assistance chat room continues to exist under Personal Groups in Collaborate chat." however I cannot  see this under Personal Groups. Has Agent Assistance been fully removed now?

Had a look on my side and also unable to view this.  I assume this has been removed but can't confirm.

I see it mentions that you can reach out to Genesys support should you require any assistance.

I was checking internally and Agent Assistance has been sunset from the platform. I saw that Agent Assistance would be deprecated with the old UI and not make it into the new UI. With that being said, while I did not use Agent Assistance on my end, I have been able to resurface some older Personal Groups in Genesys Cloud by searching chat for them.
