    Hi,

    I am using API with Genesys Cloud and I would like to have an ability to send messages between agents using the standard Genesys API. Can someone please tell me what API call we can use?

    At this time, there is no API available at this time to exchange messages between agents.

    Hello,

    Agent assistance and "Genesys Cloud chat" (internal chat) capabilities are available in Genesys Cloud Desktop. But at this time, they are not available via a public API.

    Just for info,

    There is a new internal chat API currently in Beta (not released yet). You may want to have a look at the Genesys Cloud Beta Community forum and join the Collaborate Chat API Public Preview.
