I am trying to create a Use Case where an Agent at the end of a call asks for a customer's email, inputs that email then clicks Send to Survey which would then generate a Web Survey. The majority of customers are new and do not exist in a database or External Contacts.
I am looking at using scripts but not sure how to call a Survey Flow from a button within the script. I can call a Secure IVR Flow but I don't see where I can call any other type of flow.
