    Has anyone had experiencing agents hearing "Field transfer free transfer" when attempting to make a transfer?

    Do you have anything set in the Queue setup under Voice for Whisper Audio:

    Or if it goes to a flow, do you have any Set Whisper Actions used in any of your flows?

     Yes, but it only states the client's name. We don't have any audio files with that particular message.
