    Hi Everyone, 

    In Multipaneled Workspace for agent, As a admin do I have a way to configure, which interaction widgets should be opened when the agent answers the interaction ?

    The link should start you at Nicholas' demo. I am just not sure if he talks about the settings here or towards the end when we answer questions. Either way, maybe @Nicholas Robinson has some info that can help.

    Think of this as a version 1.0 of the Multipanel UI.  There are SO many things they need to add to this like Admin control for turning it on and off (they have a permission now) and pushing out initial configurations (you can only define one panel per media type now).  I would like to see modal configurations like inbound/outbound or Email versus Messaging as well as remembering sizes.  Getting rid of the script completely on voice calls is also my suggestion on Ideas.
