The summary row is only calculated for up to 50 agents for optimal performance. From the Resource Center:
- A summary row is only calculated if the total number of agents is less than 50.

Is there a page where I can find the limitations of the Agent Performance reporting?
For example, when there is one page of results, I can see metrics in the summary, but when I add another group that extends the report to 2 pages, there are no summary metrics shown:
