Hi Addison,
I know of 2 ways the agents can see this information.
1. If you create schedules for your agents in Genesys, and you enable Gamification, you can show them the Punctuality measure on their scorecard. This will show when they logged in, logged out, went to lunch, etc.
2. If you don't create schedules for your agents in Genesys, they can go to the Workspace in the Performance menu and open the My Status view. They might have to add the Log In and Log Out columns, but this should give you what you are looking for. The one thing missing from this view would be lunch times, unless you have your agents log out and then back in for lunch.
