Hi there,
I was just removing an agent from our MU, when I saw something populate that I'm unfamiliar with.
Google and the Help Icon on Genesys Cloud doesn't mention it.
What does this button do/what is it for? Our call center has set agent schedules, so when I generate a new schedule, most of the Agents are included in that new schedule.
Would that button be used for a call center that does not have set agent schedules and relied on Genesys Cloud to make the shifts?
