Hi Melissa,
at the moment, as you have seen, there is not an Agent specific report for tracking hours other than viewing their schedule and manually tallying the hours.
There is a similar Idea in the Product Ideas Lab, DARAR-I-1556, an agent version of this might cover your requirement. Please take a look, vote and comment on the idea as it all helps us when we review future road map items.
At the moment Location can be set within the Directory/User profile but it is not picked up or used by Workforce Management. There are several ideas that have been raised around Working from home in the Product Ideas Lab:

We would like to make tracking hours worked easier for our agents. Currently they use other applications (Microsoft Shifts, Excel previously) to track their hours worked for the week.
We can see this the daily/weekly paid in the Workforce Management Schedules (in Admin).
We would like to surface this to our agents.
In addition we would like a way to set an agent's work location (remote or in office)?
Is it simply have duplicate activity codes (one set for on-site and another for remote work)?
Is there any other way for an agent to notify colleagues of their location in Genesys Cloud?
How are other organizations keeping track?
