  • 1.  Agent Status Dashboard Widget

    Hi All,

    I have added Agent Status widget to a dashboard for some of the team members, but they are not able to view the widget. They however all other widgets just fine.

    They receive this error for Agent Status widget:

    I believe I have assigned them all the required permissions: 

    widgets:*:*
    analytics:agentState:view
    analytics:agentStateNames:view

    What else am I missing?

    Hi Essam,

    There are a few other prerequisites listed on the resource center article

    The following permissions for the agent activity widge

    Analytics > Agent State > All Permissions (to assign all agent state permissions, including any future permission

    Analytics > Agent State > View (to query agent state

    Analytics > Agent State Names > All Permissions (to assign all agent state names permissions, including any future permissions

    Analytics > Agent State Names > View (to show names and user IDs in agent state query

    Add and edit Performance Dashboards

     

    I am also going to move this thread across to the Reporting & Analytics Community

    Hi Samuel,

    Thanks for that.

    I have tried all that, but it still doesn't work.

    For context, I am using Work Teams in the Agent Status Widget and have given the view permissions for that.

    Edit: It worked after I applied, Analytics > teamObservation > All Permissions

    • To query agent status counts in the work team: Analytics > teamObservation > View
