    Hello all and happy new year.

    Is there a way to sort out the agent's status in either Dashboards or in performance?  It seems odd that you wouldn't be able to sort this?  We would like to see all "idle" "meal" etc. grouped together but do not seem to be able to do this.

    Hi Doug,

    In the Report Agent Status you can see data grouped per day, week and month for example.

    Thanks for the reply, unfortunately it doesn't group it into status for us... it just puts all team members on the report and ideally we are looking for something live that only tells us the team that are in and working and what status they are in (but that grouped together)

    Yeah, I don't see any VIEW with this exact information that you want.
