    Update: We've received feedbacks more time is needed to convey the change to users.  As a result we've decided to postponed to July 8.  Unfortunately it is not possible to update the subject line.  Thank you for your feedbacks.

    Hi Community,

    As part of ongoing effort to improve accessibility, Genesys Cloud will update icons library to latest UX standard on July 8 (updated June 29). Most icons will change very little. A few icons will change more than others and those are highlighted below.  Thank you for your attention.

    Interactions - Screenshare, Journey, Canned Responses, Notes

    Interactions - Script

    Calls - Call History

    Calls - Fax

    Inbox - Fax

    Inbox - Recording

    @Ricky Phung Thanks for the advance notice.

    The change is for 1st of July, which is outside the normal Wednesday release window.

    Can you tell us the rough time that is scheduled for and is that datetime local to each region or a global release datetime.

    Some of us live in a +12 UTC timezone so for us might actually be the 2nd of July depending on when it is actually happening. Just need to know when our staff can actually expect to see the change. Thanks.

    @Anton Vroon the change should occur approximately 22:00 EST (UTC-5) on July 1 for all regions.

    There was a mistake in the first screenshot of the original post. The call disconnect icon is not changing.  The screenshot has been corrected.  I'm also attaching the revised pdf reflecting the correction.  My apology.
