    Hi All, here with some news you can use! Releasing 10/18/23 

    Any delays to this release will be posted above

    The objective of the new UI is to improve agent efficiency by reducing number of clicks and amount of scrolling necessary when an agent needs to select a destination for the following workflows.

    • Blind Transfer, Consult Transfer, and upcoming ACD Conference
    • Start a new conversation (Voice, Email, and SMS) and Communicate call
    • Selecting email To, CC, and BCC address

    The original date for release was set to be 9/13/23, I reached out to Ricky about this release and he confirmed a push to the 27th of this month.

    While it should be adding this to Features coming soon but it seems for now they have only added it under Future announcements -

    Hi Antwuan,

    When attempting to open the link to the New Target Selection UI Slides, it's coming up with an error "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it." I've tried on different browsers, plus via Android, and still receving the same error.

    Hi Antuwan,

    Can someone confirm if Genesys Cloud For Salesforce will have all the features or is it only applicable for agents using native Genesys desktop(built in). Any impact post the rollout of the new Agent UI features on other integrations?

    Hi All,

    Looks like there is confusion between the target date provided on the original post (https://community.genesys.com/discussion/upcoming-agent-ui-changes-target-selection-ui) vs what is published "Features coming soon" on Resource Center.  Features listed in "Features coming soon" are those confirmed/approved for release on weekly basis and go live the following week. Because this duration is very short, I provide the community with target release date of new UI further in advance to help better anticipate the change. Unfortunately as bugs are encountered, it delays the release and I revise the target date in the original post.  Please continue to track the original post for changes. When the feature is approved for release, it will show up on "Features coming soon" page.
