Hello,
I'm setting up an agentless outbound campaign and I need to update some fields in the List as each call progresses.
I know agents can do this manually via the script if it were an agent call (in any other dialling mode), but I can't see how to do this in agentless mode.
I can get data from the list but can't send it back - is there a trick here?
