The Genesys API's are fantastic. We do this type of metric in our custom client application that our clients have requested. Best time to dial by queue by agent per hour by wrap code (or by 15min,30min, day), answered abandoned by queue by agent per hour (or by 15min,30min, day). When it comes to this type of information my suggestion is to start using the APIs provided you will be able to design a lot.
