Genesys Cloud - Main

At the end of an interaction, Copilot suggests three wrap-ups based on the transcription. Below the offered Wrap-ups is the ability to flag the suggested wrap-ups with a thumbs-up or thumbs-down. If I select either the up or down, I receive a green check mark, and "Feedback submitted" is displayed.  I cannot find a report that shows the wrap-ups and Feedback percentage. According to one of my customers, they attended a Genesys presentation and were shown this feedback. They thought it was in the Agent Copilot Performance report, but I don't see that in my testing. Am I missing a permission?

Hello Martin, 

I don't believe there is a current metric/report that shows the wrap-up suggestion feedback percentages, yet. Your customer may have seen a feature that is on the roadmap to be released. 

There might be a way to grab this info under via the API summary engagement metrics. But thats my only other idea.
