    Hi, 

    I'm looking to connect with someone who can help me understand AI scoring and how to format help text. I've read on the GC network what works, but would be interested in setting up a call if possible.

    I am also interested in this. We have duplicated our current Evals and converted them to AI, but have only been testing the last few days.

    If your company has someone in Sales (an AE with Genesys) that person might be able to set up a quick session with a Solutions Consultant...
