    Hello,

    We need to understand within an Invoice how we can see or breakdown the token´s consumption by each functionallity, can someone help on this?

    That information is found under the Admin page, Subscription container in Genesys Cloud. There you can see current month usage by default, and you can change the date range at the top to see past billing period usage. There is also an option to download usage reports. 

    if you do not see that option, your user may not have the necessary permissions assigned.

    You're welcome! I've done a few walk-throughs with customers to explain token usage tracking - it's not completely intuitive.
