Also open the Console log in Developer tools for the browser, clear the log, make sure you have logging set up per the Resource Center directions, and refresh the page. Look for any errors in the console log indicating access errors or failures to find/404 errors related to the languages

If you expand the log entry does it mention any permissions?

Or, if you click on that error it should take you to the corresponding Network log entry which should have info on the Response tab that gives you a better clue as to why you don't have permission to access the resource.

Hmmm...that is a 401 error, so does not match the 403 errors in the screenshot.

You'll probably have to contact Support to have them analyze the Console and Network logs to figure out what is happening.

I am running into the same issue in Firefox, Chrome (beta and old UI) and the Genesys Cloud Desktop. None of them are presenting a language option when I try to configure a summary. When in the beta UI, however, I do get an error "Failed to fetch languages". I do not see that same error in the old UI.

Any other thoughts?

It sounds trite, I know...but have you cleared your browser cache and refreshed that tab? Mine came in eventually without that, but there's a chance a cached value is causing the issue.

Also open the Console log in Developer tools for the browser, clear the log, make sure you have logging set up per the Resource Center directions, and refresh the page. Look for any errors in the console log indicating access errors or failures to find/404 errors related to the languages

I was able to take more time to look into the logs before opening a ticket, and it came up with this:

{"message":"Unable to perform the requested action. You are missing the following permission(s): [assistants:copilot:view]","code":"missing.permissions","status":403,"contextId":"d7d5db8e-be22-4051-a870-dd27649d9662","details":[],"errors":[]}

I added those permissions into a role and languages now show up. Thanks for the help!

Hmmm...that is a 401 error, so does not match the 403 errors in the screenshot.

You'll probably have to contact Support to have them analyze the Console and Network logs to figure out what is happening.

If you expand the log entry does it mention any permissions?

Or, if you click on that error it should take you to the corresponding Network log entry which should have info on the Response tab that gives you a better clue as to why you don't have permission to access the resource.
