    When an agent is working on another program or on another tab and there's an incoming call,

    can they receive notifications on the right corner of the screen?

    If Genesys for Browser isn't an option.

    Hi Nuttapong,

    First, sorry if I don't understand correctly your ask.

    You can enable Pop-up notifications (Genesys Config) and Browsers to allow pop-ups too.

    The notification has a sound for alert, even if a user is working another window or program outside the browser, in the media voice you can hear the ring if no the auto-answer is enabled.
