Hello Andrea,
That is correct. From https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/view-audit-events/
Intervals cannot exceed more than the last 14 days. To view audit events for a period prior to the last 14 days, use the Audit APIs referenced in the Developer Center.

Is the audit viewer data still limited to the past 14 days?

Hello Gustavo,
If you would like to see who made changes to the organization, I would recommend using the Audit Viewer in Genesys Cloud. When you receive an alert in Genesys Cloud, the name of the alert will be in the notification like below:

Hi everybody,
We are facing an unusual situation in our environment.
The problem is that Genesys Cloud don't have an "administrator view" that shows all the alerts created in the environment. Therefore, we can't identify who was responsible and then disable that rule.
Everybody on team are receiving this alert. We don't want to disable all the permissions to solve this, although it seems to be the only way right now.
Has anyone ever been in a situation like this?
