All places to get Conversation ID and Recording ID for GET - /api/v2/conversations/{conversationId}/recordings/{recordingId}/annotations

    Hey All,

    Does anyone know all places (Event Bridge and APIs) from where we can get path variables (Conversation ID and Recording ID) for this API End point GET- /api/v2/conversations/{conversationId}/recordings/{recordingId}/annotations.

    I need for all possible media (Voice, CallBack and Recording) and all direction (inbound and outbound)

    Hi Jignesh,

    I am not sure there is a list with all the places thats would provide them.

    You could use Conversation Detail query to get a list of conversations with a recording and then run them through GET /api/v2/conversations/{conversationId}/recordings to get the recordingID

    You can also check the Available topics to check which EventBridge events would return ConversationID and/orRecordingID
